We strongly recommend using our credit card processing as your payment method. Our payment system is guaranteed secure. When your credit card information is processed, no third party will have access to your personal information and we do not store customer's credit card information neither. If this still does not make you feel secure, we suggest you check out paypal.com. They are probably the most secure form of online payment on the internet. If a personal or company check or money order is the way you would prefer to pay, please e-mail us explaining the amounts and products you would like to order. We will then e-mail you back with a total amount. You can then send a check or money order to the following address (please note that an order placed using a check or money order may take up to 3 weeks to process due to shipment and bank clearing times):

- At what point during my purchase will my credit card be charged?
As soon as your order is processed, our system will automatically charge your credit card at the same time. When using paypal, usually the same thing occurs.

- I want to add or delete products from my order, can I do that?
We have a very secure credit card authorization system that does not allow us to change our customer's orders in any way. If you are in need of changing your order, assuming we have not already shipped the products, we can cancel the order you have already placed, allowing you to place another order containing the necessary changes. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in these circumstances.

We pride ourselves at being very knowlegable about the products we sell. If you have a question at any point, please use the "contact us" link at the top of the page and ask away. We will do our best to answer your question fully and in a timely manner. Also, please refer to the "How To" page for great tips and instructions.

- What method of shipping do you use?
Just in case you don't know yet, we do not expect you to pay for shipping and handling when purchasing over $100.00 from AcidCrete.com! We use two methods of shipping, UPS (for smaller orders) and we use one of various reliable trucking/freight companies for larger orders. If you have a special request, please contact us. Also, please refer to the "Shipping Info" page at the top of the screen. Please note that in most cases, we do not have the ability to expedite our products due to the various hazardous materials rules (DOT & EPA).

- How long does it usually take to ship my order?
When the products you have ordered are in stock, if your order was placed before 10:00 AM central time, we will do our best to ship the same day. All orders placed after that time will usually ship the next business day. Orders that contain products that are out of stock, will ship as soon as they are in stock. We always do our best to let you know if there will be a delay in the shipment of your order.

- How much will shipping and handling cost me?
On all orders over $100.00, you may opt for free shipping and handling. For all order under $100.00, a small flat rate charge of $12.00 will be applied to your order's total.

- I live outside the contiguous US, will you ship to me?
We apologize for the any inconvience this may cause, but we can not ship outside of the contiguous United States. It is significantly more extensive and expensive to ship overseas and we are just not set up for that. Please read our "Shipping Info" page for more information.

- How do I know that when I place my order, that you recieved it?
Our system is set up to automatically send our customers an e-mail stating that we recieved their order. If you do not recieve this e-mail within 1 hour after you placed your order, please contact us so that we can confirm your order. Also, when placing an order, please give us a valid e-mail address so that our system will be able to send you necessary information. We can not get necessary information to you with a valid e-mail address.

- I am curious, where is my order?
An e-mail will be sent to you explaining that your order is in the shipping process which 99% of the time it will ship that day. However, this e-mail is automatic and will not contain your tracking number. On most orders that are shipped via UPS and assuming we recieved a valid e-mail address, you will recieve an automatic shipping confirmation from UPS.com containing tracking information. If you do not recieve this information, please contact us via acidcrete@aol.com.
