Crete-X is a biodegradable mixture that contains no hazardous ingredients or VOC that can harm the environment. Crete-X is used to remove concrete on trucks, mixers, tools, forms, saws and finishing machines, etc. without high labor costs and damaging hammer and chisel work.

No harsh mineral acids: Crete-X is strong but gentle. It does not depend on muriatic acid to dissolve the concrete slowly from the top down with corrosive fumes. Molecular Action: Crete-X works through an organic complexing agent that literally de-constructs the molecular bond that holds the sand and aggregate together. The result is a loose mush that can be easily rinsed away. Continues working: With no volatile mineral acids Crete-X keeps working until the entire mass of concrete breaks down and can be flushed off easily. Environmentally responsible: Crete-X is totally biodegradable and has no corrosive fumes to attack the lungs. It does not attack steel or aluminum. Economical: Labor is the most expensive part of the clean up job. With Crete-X labor is reduced to a minimum, thus saving money.

PREPARATION: Be sure the area of the concrete to be removed is free of trash and debris. Protect all other areas. Mask off all adjacent surfaces with painter's tape or plastic duct tape. If needed, use a plastic or coated cardboard as a spray shield.

APPLICATION: Apply undiluted Crete X to dry concrete surfaces (do not wet concrete prior to removal) by spray method to completely wet and saturate the concrete surface. Allow it to penetrate and soften concrete. For heavy deposits, spray heavily not allowing the concrete surface to dry. Repeat spraying it onto the concrete surface for 20-30 minutes until concrete has completely softened and can be easily removed by water spray. Wash surface and allow to dry completely.

If the concrete to be removed is bonded to small tools, the best method for removal is to pour Crete Blast into a pail and allow tools to soak in it for 20-30 minutes or until concrete has been softened. Then remove concrete from tool, wash with water and allow to dry.

This product is not recommended for use to remove a layer of concrete from neither an interior or exterior concrete floor or wall.
