Shipping Information
We believe that no customer should ever be bothered with shipping and handling charges, so on all orders over $100.00, we cover it (exceptions may apply). It just doesn't get any easier than that! However, because of rising fuel costs which affect shipping rates dramatically, a $12.00 flat rate will be charged on all orders not exceeding the $100.00 point. Please note that it is the customer's choice to choose "Free Shipping" at the check out. Titan Concrete Products will not be held responsible and will not refund shipping costs on orders over $100.00 when the Flat Rate Shipping choice is chosen and applied. Also, please keep in mind that we only ship via ground, and that Flat Rate Shipping is not Expedited Shipping.
Any product you will find on AcidCrete.com is either not D.O.T. regulated or ships ORM-D (Consumer Commodity) unless otherwise stated. Therefore, you should never have to pay any sort of HAZMAT fee. That saves at least 25.00 per order that many other businesses similar to ours do charge. (VOC and OTC compliant sealers will have to ship HAZARDOUS and will incur a 25.00 fee when available).
We ship using two different methods depending on the size of the order. UPS or USPS is used on all smaller sized orders. Through experience, we have found them to be the most reliable small package shipping outlet available. For larger orders, we will use a common carrier, such as Fedex Freight, Milan Express, or R&L Carriers. We only use carriers we believe to be reliable companies who show great service as well. Tracking information is generated automatically for all orders shipped via UPS (by e-mail when a valid e-mail address is supplied). Please allow 24 hours after shipment confirmation to track your order. Larger orders that may ship on a freight line may not generate an automatic tracking information. If this information is needed, please contact us to request that tracking information. Please note that other carriers may be used without notice.
Most orders placed before 10:00 am (Central Time) usually ship the same day unless one or more of the products ordered are out of stock. In this circumstance, your order will be shipped as soon as it is available. Once an order has reached our shipping department and is believed to be ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail. This e-mail is automatically generated and will not contain your tracking or PRO number. Please note that we process and ship orders first come, first served. We will do our very best to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, however, during very busy times, orders may be delayed slightly.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays or otherwis stated). We will ship anywhere inside the contiguous United States (all states excluding Hawaii and Alaska-exceptions apply). Unfortunatly, we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States due to the many D.O.T., EPA, and Customs restrictions, as well as the extreme costs involved. Any orders placed where the ship to address is outside of our standard shipping area may be cancelled at Titan Concrete Products' discretion. Please note that Penetrating Crete Seal 25, Crete Seal 25, and Crete Seal 30 can not be shipped to any VOC or OTC restricted states. Any order containing any of the Crete Seal line of sealers whose shipping location is one of the restricted states will be cancelled and all monies returned. We will be sure to e-mail you explaining the situation and your options.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, only physcial addresses. If only a PO Box is supplied, we will attempt to make contact to arrange shipping to a physical address. In the instance that we cannot make contact within 48 hours, at Titan Concrete Products' discretion, the order may be cancelled.
When orders are placed, we do our very best to ship them as soon as possible. With that being said, if you place an order and would like to cancel, please note that if we have already shipped your order, we will not refund monies. Please be sure that you are certain that you order only the products you want at the amounts you want. Please review our Return Policy (link below). We will not simply cancel the shipment once it is in transit to the purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but since we do offer free shipping on orders over $100.00, we must have this policy in order to not lose the expensive cost of shipping.
